Our flooring that we were told would be a couple of weeks ended up months! then they couldn't get us the fitters until a later date. Went into the shop and spoke to a man that was quite honestly rude. Then what should take a day maybe a bit over, we receive a text on the day to say the fitter will be here around 11.30 tried to call back no answer. Our house is upside down and by the time they set up it will be midday. If i hadnt waited so long already i would cancel but having my granchildren and bare floors it is not possible.
